Emerge is a stimulating development experience that takes place over 12 months. After undergoing an extensive assessment process, up to 12 successful delegates from your company will be set challenges and given opportunities to participate in activities that will help them grow as an individual and as a future leader within the business. This includes bespoke training, 1:1 coaching, and a number of activities designed to stretch both the individual and the team.
We use a variety of development techniques, as well as experiential learning, to ensure the programme is practical, enjoyable and learning can be instantly implemented in the workplace.
